THE GENERAL DATA

On engines V6 translate the ignition key in position Off, disconnect sockets from coils and check up resistance of primary chains of coils.

The prevention
On 4-cylinder engines this procedure is not provided.

Check up resistance of secondary chains of coils. For this purpose translate the ignition key in position Off, designate and disconnect from coils high-voltage wires (the 4-cylinder engine).

On engines V6 it is necessary to remove the coil. If resistance differ from standard the ignition coil replace.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the battery from weight.

2. Remove a throttle branch pipe (subsection 6.14 see.).

3. Designate and disconnect from the coil a socket and high-voltage wires.

4. Turn away bolts (arrows) and remove the coil with an arm.

5. Turn away bolts and remove the coil from an arm.

6. Installation is carried out upside-down.
