THE GENERAL DATA

Repair and replacement

Before the beginning of works, necessarily lower pressure in fuel system.

Tubes of giving and fuel return lie from a fuel tank in branch of the engine and fasten clips to the bottom part of a body. Check up tubes on presence of damages.

STEEL TUBES

For replacement of tubes of fuel system use only steel tubes.

If you weaken connections of tubes, observe following rules:

      – Try not to bend and not передавить a tube;
      – Replace sealing rings of tubes.

The prevention

Flexible hoses should not be close to elements of final system.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lower pressure in system.
2. Remove clips, fastening tubes to a body.
3. In those places where rubber hoses incorporate to metal tubes, spring clips are usually used. To remove such clip, it is necessary for compressing flat-nose pliers and to shift upwards. Sometimes in connections quick disconnect clips are used.
4. Remove a clip of a fuel hose 1.
5. Press an ear and disconnect a hose.
6. Installation is spent upside-down removals.
