Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the oil pallet.
2. Unscrew screws (arrows) and remove маслозаборный a branch pipe.
3. Remove the bottom intermediate pulley газораспределительного a belt, a pulley of a cranked shaft, газораспределительный a belt and an asterisk of a cranked shaft.
4. Unscrew 12 bolts and disconnect a casing of the oil pump from the engine.
5. Unscrew two bolts (length of bolts of 16 mm) and disconnect a working part of the pump. Get a conducted gear wheel and remove condensing ring.
6. Clamp a pump asterisk in a vice, braid a nut of an asterisk and remove an asterisk.
7. Carefully clean and wipe acetone joined surfaces of a casing of the pump and the block of cylinders.
8. Remove a lock ring редукционного the valve, get a spring clamp, a spring and the piston.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean all details solvent and check up them on presence of deterioration and damages.
2. If the spring or the piston редукционного the valve are damaged, it is necessary to replace all elements of the valve.
3. Measure a backlash between a conducted rotor and a pump casing.
4. Measure a backlash between a teeth of gear wheels. If backlashes exceed as much as possible admissible norms, it is necessary to replace gear wheels.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Replace epiploons of a shaft of the pump and a cranked shaft. Grease epiploons with universal greasing.
2. Establish a new sealing ring, grease a conducted gear wheel with engine oil and establish a gear wheel in a casing. The label on a gear wheel should be directed outside of (marksman).
3. Grease a shaft of the pump and insert a leading gear wheel, establish an asterisk of the pump and tighten a nut till the demanded moment of an inhaling.
4. Fill a cavity of the pump with vaseline and establish a working part of the pump on a casing. Tighten bolts.
5. Grease the piston редукционного the valve with oil and establish valve details in a pump casing.
6. Establish a new lining of the pump.
7. Establish the pump and insert bolts. Tighten bolts till the demanded moment of an inhaling.
8. Establish the remained details.
