1. Disconnect from a tank a socket.
2. Remove a liquid from a tank.
3. Spread rags under the main cylinder.

4. Turn on the union of tubes on the cylinder.

5. Get tubes from unions and take aside.
6. Turn away a nut of fastening of the cylinder to the vacuum amplifier and remove the cylinder.


1. Remove air from the cylinder for what clamp the cylinder in a vice for an assembly flange.
2. Screw in the cylinder two tubes, having lowered them in a tank.
3. Fill the cylinder with a liquid of the recommended mark.
4. Slowly press the piston, using, for example big крестовой a screw-driver, and release.
5. Repeat these actions until then while tubes will not cease to leave air.
6. Remove tubes one for another, rolling on their place заглушки.
7. Establish the cylinder into place and wrap nuts by hand.
8. Screw the union without warps, manipulating the cylinder.
9. Tighten a nut and the union.
10. Add a liquid in a tank and remove air from a hydrodrive (subsection 10.11 see.). Air can be removed from the cylinder and on the car, working together. For this purpose ask the assistant to press a pedal some times and to keep. Turn away the union and let the air out. Wrap the union and ask the assistant to release a pedal.
