THE GENERAL DATA

The system of an automatic unblocking of brakes (ABS-system), is intended for increase of stability of the car in the conditions of sharp braking or at movement in bad road conditions. It is provided with that pressure in a contour of brakes is regulated depending on speed of rotation of the wheels, registered by gauges.

The structure актюатора includes the main cylinder, the electrohydraulic pump and 4 solenoidal valves.
The prevention

Systems ABS are delivered by firms Bosch and Nippondenso. Актюатор monoblock execution has firm Bosch systems and contains the built in processor block of management and the relay of solenoidal valves whereas in system Nippondenso these components are mounted separately.


The electropump is intended for liquid pumping in receivers актюатора through which the liquid under pressure moves in a contour of brakes.

Solenoidal valves operate pressure in a contour of brakes at system ABS operation, the block of valves contains 4 valves, on a wheel it is necessary on 1 valve.

GAUGES OF SPEED OF ROTATION OF WHEELS

Gauges роторного type, are mounted on each of wheels. Signals from gauges arrive on the management block.

Forward gauges are mounted on a rotary fist, near to gear rings of rotors. Rotors are structurally united with forward external SHRUS of semiaxes.

Back gauges are mounted on arms of a back axis, rotors are structurally united with a back nave.

THE BLOCK OF MANAGEMENT OF SYSTEM ABS

The block of management of system Nippondenso is mounted under a forward partition of a body, the block of management of system Bosch is mounted in актюаторе. On the block signals from the switch of a signal of braking and gauges of speed of each wheel arrive. These signals are the initial data for pressure adjustment in a hydrodrive of the given wheel.
