In 4-cylinder engines the socket of the electromagnetic valve is located in передный transmission parts, directly over the switch of system of blocking of ignition.

Socket arrangement электромакнитного the valve (6-cylinder engines)

In 6-cylinder engines the socket of the electromagnetic valve is located opposite to the switch of system of blocking of ignition.

Check of electromagnetic valves

1. Electromagnetic valves N1 and N2 2. Compressed air 3. The accumulator

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To check up electromagnetic valves, submit pressure of the accumulator on contacts of each of valves. 2. If valves are serviceable, you should hear click. 3. Direct a stream of compressed air to each of valves, pressure approximately 65 psi. Valves should not pass air. 4. Again submit pressure of the accumulator on contacts and be convinced that the valve has opened.

CODES OF MALFUNCTIONS

The electronic monitoring system is equipped by function of automatic search of malfunctions. The malfunction code is brought in memory of system, and then highlighted on the display panel of a condition of the engine.

РО500	The speedometer gauge is faulty (the gauge of speed N1), conducting or short circuit is damaged
РО750	The electromagnetic valve of the switching lever is faulty And (the electromagnetic valve of switching lever N1), the valve has jammed in the open or closed position
РО753	The electromagnetic valve of the switching lever is faulty And (the electromagnetic valve of switching lever N1), conducting or short circuit is damaged
РО755	The electromagnetic valve of the switching lever is faulty In (the electromagnetic valve of switching lever N2), the valve has jammed in the open or closed position
РО758	The electromagnetic valve of the switching lever is faulty In (the electromagnetic valve of switching lever N2), conducting or short circuit is damaged
РО770	The electromagnetic valve of switching lever E is faulty, the valve has jammed in the open or closed position
РО773	The electromagnetic valve of switching lever E is faulty, conducting or short circuit is damaged
Р1520	The switch of lamps of feet of a signal is faulty, conducting or short circuit in a switch chain is damaged
Р1705	The gauge of speed of coupling is faulty, conducting or short circuit in a gauge chain is damaged
