PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For check disconnect from the gauge a socket and check up resistance of the gauge which should be 2500–3000 Ohm at 20 ° With.
2. Having warmed up the engine, or having removed the gauge and having placed in boiled water, check up resistance of the gauge at 80 ° With which should be 250–300 Ohm.
Replacement
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Switch off ignition.
2. On the cold engine merge 3–4 l of a liquid.
3. Turn out the gauge. At installation wrap up the new gauge a teflon tape and turn, observing extreme care.
The prevention
Breakage of the ECT-gauge because of maloperation will break normal work of all power supply system of the engine.
