Check and replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Translate the ignition key in position ON and include a reverse gear. Backing lanterns should light up.

2. If lanterns do not light up, check up the ignition switch, safety locks, lamps of lanterns and conducting.

3. If lanterns are not switched off even then when the reverse gear is switched off, check up conducting.

4. If the lantern only on the one hand burns, check up a lamp of a lantern and conducting.

5. To check up as the switch functions, disconnect a wire from the switch, unscrew the switch and connect an ohmmeter to switch contacts. The switch chain should be closed, when the switch piston is pressed also a chain should be opened, when the piston is in a free condition.

6. If necessary replace the switch.
