11.21. Mirrors

EXTERNAL MIRRORS

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On cars with the mirror electric drive remove facing of a door and a water filter (subsection 11.16 see.).
2. Hook and remove facing of a mirror from the interior of a door.
3. Disconnect an electric motor socket.
4. Turn away three bolts of fastening of a mirror. Track a line of conducting and disconnect a socket of the electric drive of a mirror at doors. Remove a mirror.
5. Installation is carried out upside-down.

INTERNAL MIRROR

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Insert into a groove of the basis of a leg of a mirror an edge of a screw-driver wound with an adhesive tape and push out an U-shaped spring hairpin by which the mirror leg is kept in the basis (a screw-driver thus should come approximately on 18 mm).
2. At mirror installation insert a spring if it has been removed. Insert a mirror into the basis and press.
3. If the plate of fastening of a mirror has disappeared from a windscreen it should be pasted special glue.
