The gear change scheme is standard, as shown above. Press a coupling pedal completely downwards during switching, and then slowly it release. Too fast switching on raising or lowering transfer will lead to an overload of the engine and a possible detonation. Constant increase of turns of the engine till the maximum speed on each transfer will cause excessive deterioration of the engine and the big expense of fuel.

For entrance on a freeway or overtaking of slowly driving transport the maximum acceleration can be demanded. Necessarily observe the next as much as possible admissible speeds for each transfer:
