Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release a nave nut (subsection 9.1.14 see.). Release wheel nuts, lift the car and remove a wheel.

2. Remove a support of a brake and fix a wire (subsection 10.5 see.). Remove a support arm, remove from a nave a brake disk.

3. Release (but do not turn on) bolts of fastening of a rack to a rotary fist.

4. Disconnect from a rotary fist a tip of steering draught (subsection 9.2.3 see.).

5. Turn away bolts and nuts of fastening of a spherical support to the bottom lever of a suspension bracket. Now turn away bolts of fastening of a rack to a rotary fist.

6. Push out from a nave полуось (subsection 9.3.2 see.). Fix the semiaxis end.

7. Separate a rotary fist from a rack. If necessary remove a spherical support.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish on places a rotary fist and a nave, insert полуось.

2. Insert a rotary fist into a rack flange. Wrap nuts and bolts, but do not tighten.

3. Attach a spherical support to the bottom lever of a suspension bracket, wrap bolts and fastening nuts, without tightening them.

4. Attach to a rotary fist a tip of steering draught. Tighten bolts and nuts of fastening of a rack, fastening of a spherical support to the lever and a nut of a tip of steering draught with the set moments.

5. Establish a brake support (subsection 10.5 see.) and a brake disk (subsection 10.6 see.).

6. Establish a nave, tighten a nut.

7. Establish a wheel and wrap nuts.

8. Lower the car, tighten nuts of a wheel with the set moment. Tighten a nut of a nave with the set moment.
