Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and establish on supports. Remove forward wheels.

2. Remove the panel of protection of a wing which fastens three bolts.

3. Disconnect steering draughts from the left and right rotary fists (subsection 9.2.3 see.).

4. Disconnect draughts of the stabilizer from a bar, having turned away a nut (arrow). At проворачивании hairpins fix it шестигранным a key. At lever removal turn away the bottom nut.

5. Turn away bolts of fastening of collars of plugs of the stabilizer to an engine frame.

6. Remove forward section of an exhaust pipe.

7. Turn away bolts of fastening of the steering mechanism (subsection 9.2.5 see.).

8. Remove the steering mechanism and get a stabilizer bar from outside the left wheel.

9. Remove rubber plugs and check up their condition. If on plugs damages replace plugs are found out. Check up a condition of hinges of draughts of the stabilizer for what shake 5–6 times the spherical hinge here and there. Then screw a nut and turn it динамометрическим a key (with a scale in some Н.м.) on 1 turn, doing a turn during 2–4 seconds At fulfilment of 5th turn read the instrument of a dynamometer of a key which should be in limits from 0,04 to 0,87 Н.м. Otherwise draught of the stabilizer replace.

10. Clear a place прилегания plugs on a bar of a dirt and a rust.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease new plugs with culinary vegetable oil.
The prevention
It is forbidden to grease plugs at assemblage by mineral oil, oil on an oil basis, or a brake liquid in order to avoid a premature exit of plugs out of operation.

2. The stabilizer is established upside-down.
