The system is intended for absorption of steams of fuel and their reburning in the combustion chamber. The arrangement of a tank with an absorber of this system depends on model of the car and year of release.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up a condition of hoses and system tubes. Remove and check up a tank, having created small pressure upon the union for a purge (fig. tank Check (for а/м and а/м with engine V6 of 1998 see 1997) and fig. tank Check (for а/м 1998 with the 4-cylinder engine and all а/м 1999)). 2. Check up the gauge of pressure of steams (fig. Check of the gauge of pressure of steams of fuel on а/м with the 4-cylinder engine see 1998). The gauge is mounted either on a tank, or in a motor compartment, near to the air filter. Pressure on conclusions of a socket of the gauge at the included ignition should be 4,5–5,5 V.Pri depression creation in the gauge pressure should decrease to 2 In, and at giving of pressure upon the gauge pressure should increase a little (for this check the socket should be attached to the gauge and to connect (+) – probe the device to the back party of conclusion VC). 3. Check up resistance of coils of all pneumodistributors, including the distributor of the gauge of pressure which is mounted near to a tank (fig. the Tank with an absorber and adjacent details (а/м see 1997). Resistance should be 33–39 Ohm.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For tank removal disconnect the battery from weight, designate and disconnect from a tank hoses, turn away bolts. On a part of cars the tank gets from below. 2. For removal of pneumodistributors and the pressure gauge at first remove a tank, and then remove each of these devices (on engine V6 they are mounted under a cover of heads of cylinders)
