THE GENERAL DATA

The system is intended for decrease in the maintenance of oxides of nitrogen in the fulfilled gases. It is reached by decrease in temperature of burning at a redirection of a part of gases in the combustion chamber. The set of devices of system and a procedure for test for 4 and 6-cylinder engines differs a little.

The valve recycling
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Start the engine, disconnect from the valve a hose and attach on its place the vacuum pump.
2. At depression creation in the valve engine work should become unstable, and the indication вакууметра should not fluctuate. Otherwise check up cleanliness of a soaking up collector or replace the valve.

The filter of the operating valve

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a valve cap.
2. Remove the operating valve and get filters. The rough surface of the external filter should be turned outside. Blow filters and put into place.

System recycling


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a hose from the valve recycling and between the valve and the pneumodistributor establish вакууметр.
2. Start the engine and connect conclusions ТЕ1 and Е1 on a diagnostic socket.
At temperature of the engine 55 ° With and 2500 rpm of depression should not be.
On the heated-up engine at 2500 rpm there should be a small depression.
3. Connect union R to a soaking up collector a hose piece. At 2500 rpm there should be a considerable depression.
4. Check up resistance of the pneumodistributor which should be 33–39 Ohm (see fig. the Arrangement of checked valves of system recycling the 4-cylinder engine). Otherwise the pneumodistributor replace.

6-CYLINDER ENGINES

Check procedure is similar described above for the 4-cylinder engine.

The temperature gauge
PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect a socket (the gauge of temperature of system recycling will screw about an inlet pipe) and check up resistance of the gauge at various temperatures (subsection 7.2.2 see.).

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Disconnect a socket and check up resistance of the gauge (subsection 7.2.2 see.). For check of resistance of the item gauge of the valve recycling connect an ohmmeter to conclusions Е2 and VC.

Disconnect from the valve a hose and a tube (on engines V6). Fig. at the left See. Turn away bolts (are specified by arrows in fig. on the right) and remove the valve.
