Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the oil pallet.

2. Remove газораспределительный a belt and the bottom intermediate pulley.

3. Remove an asterisk of a cranked shaft.

4. Turn off bolts (arrows) and remove маслозаборный a branch pipe.

5. Remove the generator.

6. Remove the compressor of a central air of air and shift it aside. Do not disconnect hoses from the compressor.

7. Remove a compressor arm.

8. Remove an adjusting plate of the pump of system of strengthening of a steering and shift the pump aside from the oil pump.

9. Remove the bottom intermediate pulley газораспределительного a belt.

10. Unscrew bolts and disconnect the oil pump from the engine.

11. Remove a sealing ring. Remove a lock ring редукционного the valve, get a clamp a spring, a spring and the valve piston.

12. Unscrew screws and uncover the pump.

13. Uncover and get a pump gear wheel.

14. Carefully clean and wipe acetone joined surfaces of a casing of the pump and the block of cylinders

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clean all details solvent and check up them on presence of deterioration and damages.

2. If the spring or the piston редукционного the valve are damaged, it is necessary to replace all elements of the valve.

3. Measure a backlash between a conducted gear wheel and a pump casing.

4. Measure a backlash between a plane of gear wheels and a plane of a casing of the pump.

5. Measure a backlash between a teeth of gear wheels – labels on surfaces of gear wheels should be directed outside. If backlashes exceed as much as possible admissible norms, it is necessary to replace gear wheels.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Replace an epiploon of a cranked shaft. Grease an epiploon with universal greasing.

2. Establish gear wheels in a casing. Labels on gear wheels should be directed outside.

3. Fill a cavity of the pump with vaseline and establish a pump cover. Tighten screws.

4. Establish elements редукционного the valve in a pump casing.

5. Put a hermetic layer on a joined surface of the pump, establish a sealing ring.

6. Establish the pump a sealing ring (arrow), insert and tighten pump bolts.

7. Establish the remained details.
