Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Block back wheels and put the car on a manual brake.
3. Lift and fix a forward part of the car.
4. Remove the right forward wheel and a lining of an arch of a wheel.
5. Remove a broad tank of system of cooling of the engine.
6. Unscrew candles and remove приводные belts.
7. Remove the generator and its arm.
8. Establish a support under the engine, remove the right support of the engine and draught regulating engine displacement.
9. Unscrew screws of the top cover газораспределительного a belt and disconnect from it wires. Remove the top cover and linings.
10. Establish piston N1 in the top dead point. Check up, that the small hole in a camshaft asterisk has been combined with синхронизационной a label on a cover of the first bearing of a shaft.
11. If you are going to reuse газораспределительный a belt, make adjusting labels (arrow) on it and on asterisks. Designate a direction of rotation of a belt.
12. Loosen the a bolt of the top intermediate pulley (marksman) also remove a spring. Remove a belt from a camshaft asterisk. The belt is not obligatory for removing from an asterisk of a cranked shaft if you are going to replace an epiploon of a camshaft or to remove a head of cylinders.
13. If the camshaft asterisk is worn out or damaged, uncover heads of cylinders, stop a camshaft of inlet valves a wrench and unscrew an asterisk bolt. Remove an asterisk.
14. Uncover a viewing aperture of a flywheel, and stop a flywheel or a leading disk by means of the big screw-driver. Loosen the a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft.
15. Unscrew a bolt and remove a pulley.
16. Unscrew bolts (arrows) and remove the bottom cover газораспределительного a belt and a lining. Remove directing a belt from an asterisk of a cranked shaft.
17. If you are going to reuse газораспределительный a belt, make adjusting labels (arrow) on it and on an asterisk.
18. Remove газораспределительный a belt. If the asterisk of a cranked shaft is damaged or worn out or it is necessary for you to replace a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft.
19. Remove an asterisk. She should act in film freely.
20. If an asterisk заело, remove it by means of the special tool.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove intermediate pulleys and examine their bearings on presence of deterioration and damages. Examine a spring, check up, whether there corresponds its length to technical requirements.
2. If газораспределительный the belt has torn, the reason, probably, there was that it has been too strongly tense or polluted.
3. If a belt teeth has cracked or is absent in some places, whether it is necessary to check up заедают camshafts or water and oil pumps.
4. If the belt surface is worn strongly out or covered by cracks, check up, whether there are no scratches or an agnail on surfaces of intermediate pulleys.
5. If the belt is worn out or damaged only on the one hand, check up directing disk of a belt and correctness of installation of asterisks.
6. If necessary replace a belt, preliminary having eliminated all malfunctions.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully clean a forward part of the engine.
2. Establish intermediate pulleys and a spring.
3. Whether check up are combined синхронизационные labels of cranked and distributive shaft.
4. Put on a belt an asterisk of a cranked shaft, an asterisk of oil and water pumps and on intermediate pulleys. If you put on an old belt, combine labels made on a belt and on asterisks during removal.
5. Establish directing a belt on a cranked shaft (in drawing. The directing disk of a belt) is shown.
6. Establish the bottom cover of a belt and a pulley of a cranked shaft.
7. Put on a belt a camshaft asterisk. Pull a forward part of a belt.
8. Loosen the a bolt of the top intermediate pulley on a turn floor, slowly turn a cranked shaft clockwise on 1 and 7/8 of turn so that the label on a pulley of a cranked shaft was displaced on 45 ° concerning a label intended for installation of the first piston in the top dead point and located on the bottom cover of a belt. Tighten a bolt of an intermediate pulley.
9. Whether turn a cranked shaft on two turns and check up are combined синхронизационные labels.
10. Establish new linings from герметизирующего structure on covers газораспределительного a belt.
