Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.

2. Disconnect wires from the oxygen gauge. If you establish a new collector, remove the gauge.

3. Unscrew bolts (arrows) and remove top теплоизолирующий a collector guard.

4. Grease collector bolts пропиточным with oil.

5. Disconnect an exhaust pipe from a collector.

6. Unscrew a bolt (arrow) of an arm of the collector, located near a forward support of the engine. Remove an arm of a collector and bottom теплоизолирующий a guard.

7. Unscrew bolts (arrows), remove a collector and a lining.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully clean joined surfaces of a collector and a head of cylinders. If you have found out that the collector lining proceeded, check up, whether the collector is deformed, if necessary address to the expert.

2. Establish a new lining.

3. Establish a collector and twist bolts.

4. Tighten bolts till the demanded moment of an inhaling.

5. Establish the remained details, get the engine and check up final system on presence of leaks.
