Pedal height

The pedal height is understood as distance between a floor and a pedal. If the pedal height does not correspond to technical requirements it is necessary to spend adjustment.

Check and adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To adjust height of a pedal of coupling ослабьте a pusher counternut, adjust height and tighten a counternut.

2. At carrying out of adjustment of height of a pedal of a brake, ослабьте a counternut on the switch of brake fires, also delay the switch back. Adjust pedal height.

3. Adjust a switch backlash.

Pedal free wheeling

The pedal free wheeling is understood as distance which takes place a pedal before the brake system or coupling starts to be involved.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Measure a free wheeling of both pedals. For carrying out of adjustment of pedals, ослабьте counternuts on their pushers (before to regulate a brake pedal squeeze out it some times), adjust backlashes and tighten nuts.

Get the engine, squeeze out a pedal of a brake and measure distance from a pedal to a floor. If the distance less than size demanded in technical characteristics, is necessary to eliminate malfunctions in brake system.
