10.10. Hoses and hydrodrive tubes
THE GENERAL DATA

The condition of hoses and tubes is recommended to check each 6 months. At detection of cracks, подтеканий, swellings and other damages a hose replace.

HOSES OF LOBBIES ТОМОЗОВ

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and remove a wheel.
2. Turn out the union of a tube from a hose.
3. Get скобу fastenings of the union of a hose in an arm and pass a hose through an aperture in an arm.
4. Turn away a bolt of the union and disconnect a hose from a support.
5. Remove скобу from an arm of a rack and get a hose through an arm.
6. Pass a new hose through a rack arm, establish new copper linings, combine a ledge on a hose with an aperture in a support and tighten a bolt of the union with the set moment.
7. Pass a hose in an arm, screw an union nut by hand.
8. Insert скобу (if it is provided insert also a cutting washer) and tighten a nut of the union with the set moment.
9. Remove air from support cylinders.
10. Establish a wheel and lower the car.

HOSES BACK ТОМОЗОВ

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and remove a wheel.
2. Turn out the union of a tube from a hose.
3. Get скобу fastenings of the union of a hose in an arm and pass a hose through an aperture in an arm.
4. Remove air from the cylinder (support).

METAL TUBES

At replacement of tubes track, that on all line they have been fixed by collars. The form of the bent new tubes should correspond to the form of the replaced. Installation only steel tubes, in accuracy corresponding to car mark is supposed. Use of copper tubes is not supposed. Track, that the tube lay on sufficient distance from moving or нагретых details.

After tube replacement remove air from a hydrodrive (subsection 10.11 see.).
